Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
Capability to lift heavy items and stand for prolonged periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in dishwashing or a similar role preferred
Ability to follow cleaning and safety standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
Basic understanding of dishwashing equipment operation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Ensure an environment in which high standards of associate service are maintained
Responsible for the cleaning of dishes, silverware, glass, and cooking equipment following equipment specifications
Ensure the dishwashing equipment is inspected before use and any deficiencies are corrected before use
Ensure that the dish washing area is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
Assist with other duties when needed
Report any maintenance or safety deficiencies in a timely manner
Comply with all safety requirements of the job and company policies
Respond to supervisor and co-worker requests within 10 minutes of the call
Identify damaged items and remove from use for supervisor inspection
Put the needs of the customer first while maintaining a positive attitude
Acknowledge all guests and co-workers within 15 feet and speak to them within 5 feet
