Job Requirements
- Pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Consumption of alcohol strictly prohibited while working
- Emergency and safety training completion
- Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Successful background check
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work extended shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
- Ability to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Creating genuine rapport with our guests and catering to all galley requests in an efficient manner
- Performing other functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, providing assistance during special events including afternoon teas and snacks, and participating in evening entertainment
