Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwasher and by hand
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and kitchen areas
Dispose of garbage and recyclables in a timely manner
Assist kitchen staff as needed with food preparation or other duties
Support compliance with health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Adhere to company policies and procedures
