Job Requirements

able to lift 25 to 50 pounds
able to stand for long periods
able to move efficiently within the kitchen
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cleaning or dishwashing experience is a plus
must adhere to health and safety regulations
ability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a kitchen or janitorial role preferred
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
good physical stamina and strength
teamwork and communication skills
basic understanding of kitchen workflows
ability to operate dishwashing equipment

Job Duties

maintain kitchen work areas clean and sanitary
operate and maintain mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift
keep food line stocked with clean plates
assist in food preparation procedures
perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work areas and restrooms
lift and move kitchen supplies and utensils weighing 25 to 50 pounds
stand and move around kitchen for extended periods
