Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Have organizational and time management skills
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
Clean various dining service areas including Dining Room and Bistro
Store and rotate food and supplies in compliance with sanitary procedures
Perform janitorial duties in dining areas
Follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage and cleaning
Handle all foods and storage activities according to sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining workspaces
