Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Have organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
  • Clean various dining service areas including Dining Room and Bistro
  • Store and rotate food and supplies in compliance with sanitary procedures
  • Perform janitorial duties in dining areas
  • Follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage and cleaning
  • Handle all foods and storage activities according to sanitation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining workspaces
