Job Duties
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils
- Place dirty items in racks to send through the dish machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to cook's line and storage areas
- Change dishwater in dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Remove trash
