Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- Physical ability to lift heavy pots and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Washing and catching dishes/silverware through dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
- Monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparation areas clean and organized
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen
- Monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate
- Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- Wash metal pots and pans through 3 compartment sink by hand
- Wash and lift glass racks with glass washer
- Overall cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, removal of trash, and more
- Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- Remain flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed
