Job Requirements

- previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
- clean the inside of the restaurant to maintain a pleasant and safe environment
- clean around the outside of the building and parking lot
- check, clean, and stock restrooms
- empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean
- thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
- perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
- follow local health department laws
- stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
- maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- report equipment and facility problems to the manager
- know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
