Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Capability to stand and maintain mobility for up to four hours continuously
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Reliable and punctual
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Support back-of-house operations by ensuring a sanitary work environment
Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting
Assist with general cleaning and organization tasks in the kitchen area
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Follow health and safety protocols including proper use of protective gear
Participate in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
