Job Duties

quickly, efficiently, quietly and thoroughly clean all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
clean and maintain the dish machine
maintain safe, clean and sanitary conditions in the dish area, kitchen area and garbage/dock area
support kitchen staff by providing clean equipment
adhere to food safety standards
manage waste and recyclables properly
