Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and guests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to follow schedules, menus, SOPs and policies
Present self professionally
Ability to move kegs and operate a hand truck
Safety oriented mindset
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred to possess a valid New Mexico Food Handler Card
Ability to adhere to company and department rules and procedures

Job Duties

Enthusiastically represent the Bosque Brewing Co brand by engaging in positive gestures of respect, courtesy and kindness to internal and external guests
Display a sense of urgency and attention to detail while maintaining Bosque Brewing Co standards
Maintain cleanliness and properly stock items in back-of-house, office, and storage areas
Scrape and pre-rinse food from dishes and load dish washing machine or hand-wash dishes
Wash pots, pans, trays by hand or machine
Clean inside surfaces of inverted glasses with revolving brushes
Wash work area tables, walls, refrigerator, and cooking equipment
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Remove trash and garbage to dumpster, clean garbage cans and receptacles
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Complete all assigned prep work
Maintain an organized workstation and stock stations
Spot sweep back-of-house as needed
Assist management in inventory and assigned responsibilities
Communicate organizational messages from management to coworkers
Assist management in creating and maintaining procedures and training
Comply with federal, state, and company policies
Support coworkers and perform other assigned duties
