Job Requirements

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
high school diploma or GED a plus

ability to follow food and safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

Washes dishware, cookware, kitchen equipment, and silverware promptly and thoroughly
loads and unloads dishwashers
ensures the entirety of the dish area is clean and meets or exceeds proper sanitation standards
closes dish station at the end of the shift using the opening/closing procedures checklist
assists Head Chef and Sous Chef with food prep as needed
follows food and safety procedures when handling food and kitchen tools
empties trash and recycling bins
reports equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
adheres to all safety standards
performs other duties as assigned
