Job Duties

Load, run, and unload the dish machine
always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective
report any problems immediately
handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
availability to work weekends and some holidays
