Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age except where age 19 is required by law
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, days, and holidays
Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, and reaching
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds independently
Able to withstand exposure to extreme temperatures
Required to spend long periods standing or walking without breaks
Must wear approved hat, hair net, beard guard, and personal protective equipment
Ability to safely use designated tools and equipment except for those under age 18
Willingness to perform duties that may be outside normal responsibilities based on business needs

Job Qualifications

Passion for providing extraordinary service
Excellent and collaborative communication skills
Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and attentive interaction
Work flexibly across departments such as deli, meat and seafood, bakery, grocery, produce and floral, and front-end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Assist with stocking, inventory management, and merchandising
Use tools and equipment safely including knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, and pallet jacks
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support teamwork and communication among colleagues to ensure smooth store operations
