Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
