Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift heavy items safely
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- pass a background check if applicable

Job Duties
- clean all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements

- work efficiently to support quick table turnover
- follow all sanitation and safety protocols
- report any maintenance issues in dishwashing equipment
