Job Requirements

Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods
walk or stand 100% of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
must be at least 18 years of age

Must be at least 18 years of age
previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
friendly and able to smile while working
disciplined and self-motivated
able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
able to follow safety and sanitation policies
able to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
able to work with pressure and multitask

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of all issues or unusual matters
use all chemicals properly in correct quantities
safely operate all equipment
clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
carefully sort dishware to prevent loss or disposal
clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
carefully handle all glassware to avoid breakage
empty trash and maintain trash cans
assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief
assist with line maintenance and clearing dirty dishes
assist with prep and banquet items as directed
clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas and stocking
clean and maintain all mats
assist other team members as needed
maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with all team members
smile and be friendly during shifts
communicate clearly with guests and team members
dress neatly and professionally at all times
