Job Description

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware
- Carefully wash by hand and operate washing equipment safely and skillfully
- Thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware, and utensils including polishing stainless and silver ware
- Maintain safety in the kitchen by promptly clearing spills and keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cook surfaces clean
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins once over three quarters full
- Keep the wash area organized
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
