Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
Willingness to adhere to uniform policy
Commitment to workplace cleanliness and sustainability
Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Clean, scrape, and rinse food from dirty dishes and utensils
Load dishes into washing and sanitizing machine or wash by hand
Dispose of trash or compost as appropriate
Maintain kitchen work area, equipment, plates, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and organized way
Help team members when needed to comply with standards and provide responsive guest service
