Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of one year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Enhance and support the overall dining experience for residents, family members, and guests
- safely load, operate, and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing machine
- ensure dishwashing area is neat, clean, and organized
- follow The Sterling Touch® standards in service delivery
- collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to maintain smooth operations
- comply with community standards, processes, and health regulations
- assist with additional cleaning and sanitizing tasks as needed
