Job Requirements

Minimum of high school education or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Physical ability to lift and move kitchen equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwasher or steward role is an advantage
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Wash plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are ready to serve guests
Store and stock cleaned items properly
Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
Communicate effectively with team members
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Maintain highest standards of safety and sanitation
Assist with set-up, operation, and cleanup of interior and exterior of the restaurant
