Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Capacity to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and maintain hand hygiene

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Reliability and strong work ethic
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
Assist kitchen staff with general utility tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage waste disposal and recycling
Support team communication in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to maintaining a sanitary and organized work area
