Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid California Food Handler Certification
Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
Ability to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans efficiently
Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts and procedures
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist kitchen staff as needed
Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
