Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and humid conditions
- Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to comply with frequent hand washing and use of disinfectants
- Commitment to personal and team safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Physically capable of performing duties including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and kitchenware
- Assist in general utility tasks to support back-of-house operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow health and safety protocols including the use of protective equipment
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely
- Work efficiently in fast-paced and hot environments
- Adhere to company standards for sanitation and hygiene
