Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
Current food handler's card and other required certifications
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations including food, equipment, kitchenware, and tableware handling and sanitation
Ability and willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
Ability to operate kitchen tools and machinery such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
Possession of a current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal, state, and local law
Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food handling, equipment sanitation, storage, and rotation
Ability to perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment and demonstrating genuine hospitality and teamwork
Foster cleanliness by sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
Support your crew by performing general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
Maintain proper storage and rotation of food, kitchenware, and tableware
