Job Duties

wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
clean the restaurant thoroughly
manage restaurant trash in accordance with property regulations
unload deliveries and stock supplies
assist with other supporting functions as assigned
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
follow safety protocols in the kitchen environment
