Job Requirements
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
- must be able to stand for full shift
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests
- must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools controls and type
- must be able to work in areas of loud noises
- required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
- must be able to work in both warm and cool environments
- indoors and outdoors
- must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish

Job Duties
- Support kitchen operations by unloading deliveries to company standard with consideration to cooler and storage etiquette
- responsible for the breakdown of all boxes and proper placement of all supplies
- duties extend into general maintenance of the property
- maintain dumpster areas and any outside areas surrounding restaurant
- support Chef team in all necessary capacity
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans based on individual specific needs
- replace clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment based on zones and station requirements
- know and use proper chemicals with exact handling instruction
- upkeep of all trashcans and linen bins with attention to detail and cleanliness of all cans (includes proper disposal)
- upkeep of Dish machine and Sanitizer
- upkeep of all utility maintenance not limited to: floor, wall, cooler, equipment, workstation, and employee restroom
- maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and uniform standards
- follow safety regulations, reporting injuries or any unsafe and hazardous work conditions to Chefs
- keep all chemicals in designated location
