Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to lift 25-50 pounds
capable of standing for long periods
must be able to move around the kitchen as needed
able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
flexible availability for working hours
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is beneficial but not required
ability to operate mechanical dishwashing equipment
good physical stamina to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation practices
strong attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

setting up, using, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift
keeping the food line stocked with clean plates
performing cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work area and restrooms
assisting in food preparation procedures
maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
handling utensils and plate ware to ensure sanitary conditions
following safety and health regulations in the kitchen
