Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of two years of previous dishwashing experience preferred
ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
capability to work full time Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
willingness to follow company policies and procedures
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of two years’ experience in dishwashing or related kitchen sanitation
understanding of safety and sanitation standards in kitchen environments
ability to operate dishwashing equipment and polish silverware
strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
good physical stamina for standing and moving supplies
effective communication skills

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a dishwashing machine
washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures
polishes silverware using equipment or by hand
ensures compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation
cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces
removes trash and cleans garbage cans
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
helps load and unload supplies and product
performs other duties as assigned
