- Willingness to work evening shift, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
- Sanitize work surfaces and kitchen areas
- Stock dishes and utensils as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Assist team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times
