Knowledge of proper cashiering procedures
Ability to operate cafeteria equipment or willingness to learn
Food service sanitation certificate or willingness to acquire one
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to tolerate heat

Job Duties

Report all equipment problems to the manager
Clean work area thoroughly at the end of the day
Clean all dishes, pots, pans, etc. and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station
Help other food service staff as needed
Perform other tasks assigned by the food service director
Report all equipment problems or failures to the manager
