Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • read and write handwritten notes
  • lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
  • walk or stand 100% of shift
  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
  • must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
  • must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • be friendly and able to smile frequently while working
  • dress neatly, cleanly and professionally according to dress guidelines

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
  • use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
  • empty all trash in the kitchen and clean and maintain trash cans
  • assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during the shift as needed
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • assist in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • clearly communicate with guests and other team members
  • be disciplined and self-motivated
  • adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times
  • be at least 18 years of age
