Job Requirements
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs working in cooler/freezer storage areas including required overhead and lower shelf reaching, bending and stooping moving 50 lbs
- Operate industrial dishwasher, mop and broom
- Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), and field of vision
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and repetitive motions
- Must be able to follow one or two-step instructions
- Standing work on tile or concrete for duration of shift
- Work with cleaning chemicals and solvents

Job Duties
- Works with co-workers as a team
- Ensures the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, etc.
- Washes department equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
- Cleans dishes promptly
- Takes the garbage to the designated area in a timely manner
- Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean and neat
- Maintains strict adherence to company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
- Break down, clean and sanitize work station at the end of shift
- Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisors and managers, substituting for absent workers and performing any additional tasks necessary to provide products and services to customers during peak periods of business
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time
