Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving kitchen items
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to learn new technologies and dishwashing systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
Operate automated dishwashing system efficiently and safely
Adhere to food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness protocols
Assist team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Manage multiple cleaning tasks promptly and effectively
Organize dishware and utensils to facilitate kitchen workflow
Support inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies
