Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
food handlers certification required
ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
ability to push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing up to 200 lbs
capability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperature ranges
manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior experience required
hotel experience preferred
food handlers certification required

Job Duties

Provide impeccably clean, sanitized, and spotless service ware and cooking utensils
ensure safety and well-being of guests and team members by prioritizing cleanliness and hygiene
utilize dishwashing or pot machines to thoroughly clean soiled dishware
store ware in designated areas promptly and systematically
maintain cleanliness and functionality of dishwashing equipment, storage, and work areas
monitor cleaning supplies levels to facilitate timely reordering
