Job Requirements

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

Keep dishes clean and ready to use
Help set up for meal service in the dining room
Keep the bistro well stocked
Communicate with the Dining Director to maintain cleaning schedules
Ensure all cleaning supplies are available
