Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- six months dishwashing experience preferred
- current Maricopa Food Handler's card or the ability to obtain one
- valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one
- ability to clear the Central Registry Screening from the Department of Child Safety and Adult Protective Services
- ability to comply with and pass all required background check and drug screening requirements, including pre-employment and random drug screening as required
- ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical activities such as standing, moving, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching all day
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment
- ability to follow food safety standards
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned
- this position is classified as a safety sensitive position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Loads, runs, and unloads dish machine
- keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- monitors dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- washes and stores all kitchenware in accordance with food safety standards
- maintains, cleans, and organizes the washer and dryer
- washes trash cans inside and out
- bags and hauls dish room trash and boxes to dumpster at designated times
- cleans and sanitizes utility carts
- maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- cleans and organizes the employee area
- sweeps and mops the back breezeway
- flattens boxes and takes them to recycle bins
- degreases, washes, and polishes all stainless steel as needed
- washes, dries towels and mop heads
- cleans mop buckets as needed
- keeps a dry mop ready for all spills
- sanitizes all hand washing sinks daily
- cleans all drains as needed
- other duties as assigned by leadership
