Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Effective communication skills
Previous experience in a restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of dishware, utensils and kitchen equipment
Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash items when necessary
Ensure kitchen sanitation standards are met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support seamless kitchen operations
Dispose of trash and recycling properly
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
