Job Requirements
- No specific academic qualification required
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks training
- Must attend and successfully complete all required training prior to unsupervised work
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or carry objects
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds
- Ability to talk and hear effectively
- Must keep fingernails trimmed
- Must maintain clean hair and proper grooming
- No jewelry allowed on ears, face, neck, or wrists
- Headphones or ear buds prohibited
- Clean non-faded, non-wrinkled Twin Peaks kitchen shirt tucked in
- Belt required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge of food preparation and kitchen maintenance preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Successful completion of orientation and training program
- Completion of required local and state compliance training such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
