Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for long periods
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
reliable and punctual
physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
positive attitude and willingness to have fun

Job Qualifications

ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to learn and grow within the company
good teamwork and communication skills

previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

wash and organize dishware and kitchen utensils
support the team by maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
follow Chuy's three core rules
set the pace for other employees through efficient work
learn about different positions in the restaurant
help ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment
assist in maintaining an impressively clean and organized restaurant
