Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen helper role is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift moderate weights
Must comply with local health and safety regulations
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

Operate dishwashing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
Empty trash and move to dump site
Comply with local sanitation standards
Perform opening and closing procedures
Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
Support team by maintaining friendly and upbeat attitude
