Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- ensure guest and team member touchpoints are sanitized
- comply with health and safety standards
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- manage waste and recycling properly
- report maintenance issues promptly
