Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep preferred
- ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to lift and move kitchen equipment and supplies
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- effective communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- set up daily prep and organize daily workstation
- open, set up and operate dishwashing machine and sink pot scrub station
- dispose of all food waste, trash and break down boxes for dumpster
- sweep and mop all kitchen floors as directed
- prepare and store food items adhering to quality standards
- assist in receiving and procuring goods with safety and sanitation procedures
- communicate with chefs regarding special products or equipment issues
- assist employees, members and guests to ensure the delivery of the Three Steps of Service
- participate actively as a member of the kitchen team
