Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep preferred
ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
ability to lift and move kitchen equipment and supplies
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
effective communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

set up daily prep and organize daily workstation
open, set up and operate dishwashing machine and sink pot scrub station
dispose of all food waste, trash and break down boxes for dumpster
sweep and mop all kitchen floors as directed
prepare and store food items adhering to quality standards
assist in receiving and procuring goods with safety and sanitation procedures
communicate with chefs regarding special products or equipment issues
assist employees, members and guests to ensure the delivery of the Three Steps of Service
participate actively as a member of the kitchen team
