Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Non-slip shoes are required
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds including trash bags
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion
Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a full-service restaurant
Great communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina for prolonged standing and repetitive motion

Job Duties

Ensure all plateware, glassware, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitized
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members
Handle hot, cold, and hazardous materials safely
Lift and carry up to 40 pounds including trash bags
Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
