Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
ability to lift at least 50 lbs
must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
self-starting personality with an even disposition
adherence to safety and security policies

Job Duties

operate the dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils
scrub pots and pans
restock supplies in kitchen and work areas
perform general kitchen cleaning including mopping floors and trash removal
maintain cleanliness in kitchen, team member cafeteria, and loading dock
assist with routine cleaning tasks using hotel cleaning products
perform additional duties such as cleaning spills or handling guest requests
