Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an entire 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Willingness to follow all safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail in cleaning and sanitation
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Flexibility to work various shifts
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
Clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
Operate dishwashing equipment and other machinery safely and correctly
Empty all kitchen and other area trash
Support cooks with food preparation, including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks
Focus on team and customer needs in all decisions
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
