Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
commitment to cleanliness and quality
ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

basic knowledge of sanitation standards

Job Duties

wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
keep the dish room clean and organized
stock the kitchen with clean tableware
maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards
assist kitchen staff as needed
ensure timely and efficient dishwashing to support kitchen operations
dispose of waste and recycle appropriately
