ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

maintain and clean kitchen work areas equipment and utensils
wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
sweep mop and clean floor and remove garbage to designated areas
wash worktables walls refrigerators and meat blocks
transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
