Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils
- perform general cleaning and equipment sanitation
- store and rotate food and supplies according to guidelines
- carry out janitorial duties in dining areas such as dining room and bistro
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation and food handling regulations
- handle and clean all foods and storage areas maintaining sanitary standards
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
