Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
Able to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail
Ability to follow cleaning and safety protocols consistently

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
Clean and sanitize all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and properly
Empty all kitchen and other area trash receptacles
Work as a team supporting cooks with prep tasks and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Focus on team and customers ensuring decisions are customer and team oriented
Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
